Replacement & Refund Policy

 

 

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS:

Art of the 7th Lily, LLC only covers claims for MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE items. Claims must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. Claims deemed an error will be covered at our expense for a replacement or refund.

 

Once you submit your REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST with pictures of the affected product, we will review the issue and provide you with a resolution. This will be either a refund or a reshipped replacement; there is NO NEED to return the products.  However, if the customer wishes to return the product, the customer will pay for the shipping.

STEPS FOR REPLACEMENT AND REFUND PROCESSING: 

Art of the 7th Lily, LLC requires customers to contact us by emailing info@7thlily.com for a refund or product replacement.  Any claims for MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE items must be reported to Art of the 7th Lily, LLC within 14 days after receiving the product.

For REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUESTS, customers MUST contact Art of the 7th Lily via email at info@7thlily.com and must include the following:

  • "REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST" in the Subject line description.

  • Customer name  

  • Shipping address

  • Order number

  • Tracking number  

  • A detailed description of the product issue

  • Upload photos for proof of the product that’s misprinted, damaged, or defective

BUYER'S REMORSE: 

 

Art of the 7th Lily, LLC only offers refunds and replacements for damaged or mislabeled products, NOT for BUYER'S REMORSE. Our return policy DOES NOT cover BUYER'S REMORSE, so we will NOT be able to issue you a refund or replacement for BUYER’S REMORSE type orders.  Everything is made on demand per the request of the customer.  Thank you for your understanding.

SIZE EXCHANGES:

 

Please review the provided size chart before committing to your purchase.  The return policy does NOT cover products ordered in the wrong sizes.  Wrongly ordered sizes WON’T be eligible for refunds or product replacements from Art of the 7th Lily, LLC.  Everything is made on demand per the request of the customer.  Requesting a size replacement would mean producing an entirely new product.  Thank you for your understanding.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES INCLUDE:

 

a) P.O. Boxes

b) We currently ONLY ship domestically in the United State

Delivery addresses CANNOT be changed once an order is placed.  Art of the 7th Lily, LLC outsources and works with third-party supplier(s) to assist with successfully fulfilling our branded merchandise & orders.  Please check and proof the shipping address BEFORE submitting any orders.  If the provided shipping address is incorrect and considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the main facility.

STEPS TO REPORT AN ITEM LOST IN THE MAIL:

 

For packages lost in transit, ALL CLAIMS must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.  We ask the customer to FIRST double-check with the shipping carrier and try to locate the lost item.  If the order was NOT recovered, no worries!  We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.  Please contact Art of the 7th Lily, LLC by submitting an email to info@7thlily.com, and include the following:

 

  • "LOST ITEM IN TRANSIT” in the Subject line description 

  • Customer name

  • Shipping address

  • Order number

  • Tracking number
