🔁 A Note on Returns and Soulful Stewardship

Art of the 7th Lily offers made-to-order goods crafted with care and intention. While our website showcases the spirit of each offering, all purchases are completed through our Etsy storefront. This policy outlines our approach to returns, including eligibility, limitations, and how to initiate a request.

In the near future, Art of the 7th Lily will offer hand-crafted goods. These offerings may carry distinct return terms, which will be clearly noted in each product listing.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

• The item was not marked as final sale

• The return request is submitted through the Etsy messaging portal

• The customer agrees to cover return shipping costs

❌ What Cannot Be Returned

• Items purchased in error or due to buyer’s remorse

• Items ordered in the wrong size

• Custom or personalized goods (not currently offered)

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

• Selected hand-crafted items (when available), due to hygiene and safety regulations

Please review product details and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is made-to-order. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for resolution options.

📝 How to Initiate a Return for a Replacement or Refund

To request a return for a replacement or refund, please contact us through the Etsy messaging portal at: www.7thlily.etsy.com.  Please address the subject line: REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST

Include the following:

• Your name

• Shipping address

• Etsy order number

• Tracking number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the affected item

We’ll review your request and offer either a refund or a reshipped replacement. There is no need to return the item, unless you prefer to — in which case, return shipping is your responsibility.
