📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Art of the 7th Lily. Every order is handled with care and intention. This policy explains how physical and digital items are fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.
Handmade items listed as available are already in stock and ready to ship.
Items marked “low stock” have limited quantities on hand.
Items marked “sold out” are temporarily unavailable.
POD items are made to order and fulfilled by a third‑party production partner.
Production times vary by product (e.g., 2–5 business days, 5–30 business days).
Each POD product displays its specific fulfillment estimate on the product thumbnail, product page, and checkout screen.
These estimates are provided upfront so you know what to expect before purchasing.
(Color & Print Variations - Because POD items are custom‑printed, slight variations in color, print placement, or texture may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.)
Digital products will be delivered via email or a secure download link.
No physical shipping is required.
📥 Digital Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery of digital items may occasionally experience delays or issues due to email filters, device compatibility, or third‑party service interruptions. While we will always assist in resolving access issues when possible, Art of the 7th Lily, LLC is not liable for delays or inability to access digital content.
We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not yet available, but it will be added in the future.
All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier or production partner. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: All custom printed apparel and accessories include 100% Free Shipping. These items ship directly from our production partners.
Handcrafted Goods: All unique, handmade items shipped directly from our studio carry a $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee to cover safe packaging and postage.
Any promotional free shipping will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates are provided automatically as your package moves through the delivery process.
If your package appears lost or has not arrived:
Please notify us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will open a carrier investigation to determine the package status.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, or if shipping insurance covers the loss, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
If the carrier denies the claim, we will notify you of the next steps.
POD replacements follow the policies of our production partner.
If a POD item is confirmed lost, a reprint and replacement will be issued.
