  • What is your Replacement & Refund Policy?
    Art of the 7th Lily, LLC only covers claims for MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE exclusively branded shop items and must be reported within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error will be covered at our expense for a replacement or refund. Once you submit your REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST with pictures of the affected product, we will review the issue and provide you with a resolution. This will be either a refund or a reshipped replacement; there is NO NEED to return the products. Please see our Replacement & Refunds Policy for more details.
  • What are the steps for Replacement & Refund Processing?
    Art of the 7th Lily, LLC requires customers to contact us by submitting an email to info@7thlily.com for a refund or product replacement. Any claims for MISPRINTED, DAMAGED, or DEFECTIVE exclusively branded shop items must be reported to Art of the 7th Lily, LLC within 14 days after the product has been received. ​ For REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUESTS, customers MUST contact Art of the 7th Lily via email at info@7thlily.com and must include the following: ​ "REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST" in the Subject line description.   • What is Buyer's Remorse and do you cover it?
    Buyer Remorse (def): The feeling of regret after someone has purchased a product of any kind. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC only offers refunds and replacements for damaged or mislabeled products, NOT for BUYER'S REMORSE. Our return policy DOES NOT cover BUYER'S REMORSE, so we will NOT be able to issue you a refund or replacement for BUYER’S REMORSE type orders.   • What is your Returns Policy?
    Art of the 7th Lily, LLC has a Replacement & Refund Policy. We DO NOT do returns, no need to worry about that :)
  • Do you have a Size Guide?
    We sure do! We use the Imperial Measurement System (inches). Please see our Size Guide for more details.
  • Can I do a Size Exchanges?
    Please review the provided Size Guide before committing to your purchase. The return policy does NOT cover products ordered in the wrong sizes. Wrongly ordered sizes WON’T be eligible for refunds or product replacements from Art of the 7th Lily, LLC. Everything is made on demand per the request of the customer.   • Do you have Free Shipping?
    We do! When you purchase $100 or more of our Shop items, you receive FREE standard shipping. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
  • What are my Shipping & Delivery Options?
    For all of our Shop items we ONLY offer Standard Shipping (4 - 7 Business Days after fulfillment) which varies by weight. We also offer free Standard Shipping on orders of OVER $100. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. All orders placed after 12pm EST, will be submitted for fulfillment the following business day (Business Days are Monday thru Friday). Fulfillment time is estimated 2 - 5 Business Days. Once fulfillment is complete and packaged, we will send you an email with a confirmation & tracking number of your shipment.   • Are there any addresses that you don't deliver to?
    Yes. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes and we currently ONLY ship domestically in the United States. ​ Delivery addresses CANNOT be changed once an order is placed. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC outsources and works with third-party supplier(s) to assist with successfully fulfilling our branded merchandise & orders. Please check and proof the shipping address BEFORE submitting any orders. If the provided shipping address is incorrect and considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the main facility.   • Do you have International Shipping?
    We DO NOT offer international shipping. We only ship domestically to the United States for the time being. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
  • Are there any shipping restrictions?
    Orders CANNOT be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We currently ONLY ship domestically in the United States. Delivery addresses CANNOT be changed once an order is placed. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC outsources and works with third-party supplier(s) to assist us with successfully fulfilling our branded merchandise & orders.   • What are your delivery timeframes and handling times?
    Art of the 7th Lily, LLC products are made-to-order. When an order is placed, it enters into the fulfillment process, which takes approximately 2-7 business days to finalize printing & packaging to be shipped. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC currently offers only STANDARD SHIPPING (3-4 business days after fulfillment) and FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 of Shop items only. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC works with a third-party supplier(s) to fulfill all orders placed. This is to ensure excellent quality products are delivered to you. Our products are print-on-demand (i.e., per your request), which ensures the reduction of overproduction so that materials aren't wasted and are better for the environment. Please note delivery times are estimated as an approximate delivery time -- but it is not guaranteed. Art of the 7th Lily, LLC would like to Indicate delays can happen. Freight situations can change unexpectedly from one day to another. Please see the projected Estimated Delivery times listed on the product page(s).   • What happens if my order is delayed?
    Art of the 7th Lily, LLC products are made on-demand per the customer's request. If there are any possible shipping delays, Art of the 7th Lily, LLC will inform the customer of potential incidents should there be anything that might impact shipping (postal strikes, etc.). Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
  • How do I report my order lost in the mail?
    For any purchases of our exclusively branded shop items lost in transit, ALL CLAIMS must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We ask the customer to FIRST double-check with the shipping carrier and try to locate the lost item. If the order was NOT recovered, no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.
